We reserve the right to limit the use of, or block your Card, if we see that you are using it in the following ways:
1. Ecommerce micropayments: if you are using your Card solely or frequently for ecommerce micropayments (such as for online games)
2. Non-permitted purchases: if you are using your Card for any non-permitted purchases. Non-permitted purchases include:
a. Online gambling or betting
b. Dating or escort services
c. Massage parlours
d. Money transfer services (including money service bureaus)
e. Financial products (including prepaid cards, loans, virtual currencies, stocks and bonds, currency and commodity exchanges)

We reserve the right to amend this list at any given time, but we will notify Cardholders in advance of any material changes taking effect.

I would like to receive the 15 Qualifying Nights during my 2025 Elite tier qualification year that ends on 31 December 2025. What date do I need to meet the £4,500 spend?
To receive the 15 Qualifying Nights during 2025, you must spend £4,500 in eligible purchases at home or abroad by 31 December 2025. If you hit the £4,500 in eligible purchases after this date but within the first three months of your Card Membership, the 15 Qualifying Nights will be awarded in 2026 and apply to your 2026 Elite tier qualification year, helping you get a head start.
Will the 15 Qualifying Nights be eligible as Elite Rollover Nights for 2026?
At the end of the calendar year, any Qualifying Nights more than those required to qualify for Elite status are counted toward a Member’s Elite status qualification for the following calendar year. Rollover nights are a great way for Elite Members (Silver, Gold, and Diamond) to earn Elite status faster.
The 15 Qualifying Nights from this offer that are earned in 2025 are eligible as Elite Rollover Nights in 2026.
