If you are an Android user, please follow these troubleshooting steps:
- Go to Settings
- Click on Apps
- Find Hilton Honors Debit Card app
- Click on 'Set as Default' (depending on the version of Android, it may show as 'Open by default')
- Ensure that the toggle for 'Open Supported Links' is 'on'. Depending on the version of Android, it may also show as two options: 'In the app' and 'In your browser'; if so, make sure that 'In the app' is selected.
If you are an iOS user, please follow these troubleshooting steps:
- Please check Safari Privacy Settings: Please go to Settings > Safari > Privacy & Security and verify that “Prevent Cross-Site Tracking” and “Block All Cookies” are disabled (if you are happy/willing to disable them).
- Clear Safari History and Website Data: To so so, please go to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data.
- Then restart the Device: A simple restart can often resolve temporary software glitches.
- Check Network Connectivity: Please ensure that you have a stable internet connection.
- If using a VPN, please try disabling it.
- Reinstall the App: This will ensure the application is correctly associated with the domain.
- Update iOS: Please ensure that iOS is up to date.
