You should get your the Hilton Honors status when you activate your card and link your Hilton Honors membership number to the Hilton Honors Debit Card.
If your status does not update accordingly, please check whether the Hilton Honors Membership number in your Hilton Honors Debit Card app matches the Hilton Honors Membership number in your Hilton Honors app.
If the numbers do not match, this means that a new Hilton Honors account has been created for you. A new Hilton Honors account is created when we have been unable to match the details you've provided with an existing Hilton Honors account. There may have been a discrepancy in email address, name, or membership number.
To rectify this, you must contact Hilton Honors Customer Card directly to request that they merge the new account that was created with your original one. You can contact Hilton Honors via the one of the following methods:
