We do not impose any charges above any fair use limits for normal spend in physical stores, hotels, or online - which means that you will benefit from the same FX rate for every transaction you make without needing to worry about additional fees above a certain limit!
We do have an ATM withdrawal Fair Use policy which is plan dependent and when you signed up. Please see below for more details.

Hilton Honors Debit Card
When spending in foreign currency, customers on our £60 per year Hilton Honors Debit Card plan will receive our Realtime Exchange Rate plus a 0.5% FX fee.
When making ATM withdrawals abroad, there is a 0.5% FX fee up to £250 per month, increasing to 2.5% above the monthly £250 limit. The limit resets on the 1st of each month.
Hilton Honors Plus Debit Card
When spending in foreign currency, customers on our £150 per year Hilton Honors Plus Debit Card plan will receive our Realtime Rate with no fees.
When making ATM withdrawals abroad, there are no fees up to £500 per month. A 2.5% FX fee applies above the monthly £500 limit. The limit resets on the 1st of each month.
