When you make an eligible transaction, your Hilton Honors Points will be classed as "Pending" for 14 days. This is to account for any refunds that may occur in that time, and ensures that the correct amount of Hilton Honors Points will be applied.
If you receive a refund after this period, we will remove the equivalent Hilton Honors Points earned from that transaction from your balance.
If the value of the removed Hilton Honors Points exceeds your current balance, your balance will go into a negative position and any future earned Hilton Honors Points will work towards bringing your balance into a positive position.
