It should take 3 to 7 working days for you to receive a refund.
This is because refunds are not processed in real time by merchants, and are often sent in batches at certain times.
Once a merchant has processed a refund for you, we're typically notified within 1 to 5 working days. As soon as we're notified of a refund we automatically process a Direct Debit for this amount to credit your linked bank account. Once this Direct Debit has been processed it will take 2 working days to show in your account. In total it should take 3 to 7 working days for you to receive the refund.
For transactions deemed to be fraudulent, we will aim to process a refund by the end of the following working day after our investigation is completed.
