Here are our top tips for linking your account:
Uninstall and reinstall your Hilton Honors Debit Card app.
We recommend doing this as it can act as a "reset" for your app, and also ensures you have the latest version of the app.
Make sure to complete the bank linking journey.
Select you bank from the list. When redirected to your bank, if you have multiple accounts make sure to select only your current account (as we cannot link to a savings account). If you select multiple accounts you must choose your current account in the next step.
Top tip: We recommend ensuring you have downloaded and logged in to your bank's mobile app on the same device before starting bank linking.
Check the account you're trying to link. We ask that you link your main current account. This is the account that you use for your daily UK spend and get paid into. There are benefits to linking your main bank account such as increased spending limits. You can view the full list of banks we support here.
