If you've forgotten your password, or simply want to change it, you can do so either via our app by following the below instructions. If this doesn't work, please contact us on help.hiltonhonorsdebitcard@currensea.com
- Open the Hilton Honors Debit Card app
- Do not log in with your fingerprint
- Instead, tap "cancel" when prompted to authenticate with your fingerprint/face/passcode by your device
- Tap "cancel" again when prompted to authenticate with your fingerprint/face/passcode by the app
- Tap "forgot password"
- Follow the instructions
You will receive an email with instructions on how to reset. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder in case your email client has placed it there.
