Here are our top tips on the easiest way to link your bank account with your Hilton Honors Debit Card:
- Uninstall and Reinstall Your App. We recommend doing this as it can refresh the app and the way your phone redirects you following the bank linking. It also ensures that your app is fully up to date.
- Make sure you complete both steps in the bank linking journey. The first step confirms that you agree to share details with Hilton Honors Debit Card so we can link your account. The second step sets up the Direct Debit used pay for the transactions you authorise on your Hilton Honors Debit Card card. You'll be redirected to your bank to confirm each step, make sure you agree each time to successfully link your bank account.
- Check the account you're trying to link. We ask that you link your main current account to your Hilton Honors Debit Card, the account that you use for your daily UK spend. You can check out the full list of banks which we support by clicking here.
